Description

The copycat of the Starbucks Pink Drink is sweet fresh, light, and dairy-free. It’s made with only 3 ingredients, it’s great to drink all year round and is simple to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of stemmed and cut fresh strawberries (plus additional garnish)
  • 2 Cups Oceanspray White Cran-Strawberry-White Cran Juice
  • 1 cup sweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • Four teaspoons of simple syrup (optional to add sweetness)
  • Tiny little ice cubes

Instructions

  • A pitcher is the best place to place the strawberries. It is very easy to crush the strawberries with the Muddler.
  • Mix in the juice of the cranberry, coconut milk, and simple syrup. Mix to combine.
  • Pour ice-cold mixture over glasses for serving. Serve with additional strawberry slices as a garnish, if desired.
